A Plan to Strengthen Social Equity for the Young Generation

Abstract
In this study were rules carefully analysed in terms of the social phenomenon. The young generation is the last 20 years, job insecurity due to contraction of the labour market and work - poor generation and poverty due to low wages, employment and marriage and birth to give up. However, the young generation for the labor supply side concentrated on the labour market policies Government`s and on the compatible policy with work and family. And the young generation to lack of an individual`s ability and give up a bad job of the stereotyping as a generation that has a problem. Consequently, the government`s labor market policy is mainly young interns, industry experience programs and the overseas internship programs and an ability strengthening program. However, the government of the labour market policy is produced low-quality jobs, temporary and contract workers on low wages. In this paper, the structural quality in terms of job creation, and suggested ways to reduce frictional unemployment and employment rates of the temporary limit. Hence in this paper suggested the following ways in the labor market. The creation of high-quality jobs, to reduce the rates of the frictional unemployment and the non-regular employment. The height of the purchasing power of the young generation is suggested the introduction of housing allowance, benefits for children, and children`s allowance. Theoretical background is the ability of distribution according to the definition and necessary balance between the definition of the distribution strategy. And this paper is to redefine the concept of unemployment. Characteristics of the young generation and strengthening social equity for the young generation needs according to the life cycle, considering the benefit of income is income elasticity of demand. Finally, youth welfare policy is moving away from supply-side point of view shall be switched to the height is the conclusion that the purchasing power. That`s our country is ``trap transformation`` out of a semi-developed country can move to the developed countries.
